Bend, fold, twist, thread, lift, reach, pull and pulse. Our signature Pilates Tone class focuses on all planes of movement to challenge your body and your mind in ways you never thought possible. With an emphasis on spinal mobility, core strength and body symmetry — this low impact class may have a more relaxed tempo, but it will ignite a deep burn from within and it will leave you feeling more agile and invigorated!
Pilates Burn

Pilates Burn is everything you love about Pilates Tone, with bursts of cardio throughout to create that added sweat factor! Classes move at a slightly faster pace, and use a combination of compound exercises and traditional pilates micro movements to help you build strength and work up a sweat. Expect to get your heart rate up. It will leave you feeling energised and deeply satisfied!
Pilates Sweat
Intensity
Pilates Sweat is a completely different ball game! 30 minutes is all you will need to get your blood pumping, endorphins flowing and sweat dripping. It will challenge your cardiovascular fitness and endurance that works the most important muscle in your body, your heart! The class will work to a timer to ensure you are pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Short bursts of cardio to spike the heart rate with recovery periods. This style of workout has many health benefits but most importantly it is FUN!
Pre & Postnatal (Mums & Bubs)

Our Pre & Postnatal + Mums & Bubs classes are specifically tailored to those who are pregnant, or those who have just had a baby.
Movement is medicine, and keeping active during pregnancy and taking care of yourself post birth is so important. Not only will you feel the physical benefits, but the mental and emotional ones too!
